Service Description
We often train for scenarios where we plan to be 100% healthy, ready for action. But what do you do when a field injury presents itself to you or your team? Our TAC-MED Course is an 8 Hour class designed to provide you with real-life scenarios and hands on training. Increase your survival odds should you become wounded in the field. Learn evidence-based, field-proven techniques to respond to injuries quickly with appropriate medical care. Know how to address and treat field-specific injuries. Understand the most common and treatable wounds and what tools you need to be prepared to treat those wounds. Practice these techniques (including buddy-carry, packing wounds, wet tissue, tourniquet application) under range-controlled stress. Course led by experienced subject-matter experts. All medical supplies provided. YOU ARE REQUIRED to bring your eye and ear protection, rifle, AND pistol with rounds (30 each min). Lunch provided. Individual First Aid Kits (IFAK) available for purchase. 8:00am - 5:00pm (45 minute lunch)
